OUR PREFAB SERVICES
Diverse solutions tailored to your every need
Feasibility Study & Pre-Construction Planning
Before fabrication begins, our team conducts a comprehensive feasibility study to ensure your prefab project is fully optimized for your site, budget, and timeline. This critical phase allows us to identify constraints early and eliminate costly surprises later.
We start by carefully analyzing the site conditions, including access points, grading, soils, utilities, zoning requirements, and any physical or regulatory limitations that may impact construction.
Design & Engineering
Our Prefab Design & Engineering service is a fully integrated planning phase that sets the foundation for a successful prefab build. We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle needs, site constraints, budget, and long-term vision for the project. Our design team develops customized layouts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and constructability, while our engineers ensure all structural and mechanical systems meet local codes and prefab manufacturing requirements.
We also coordinate with city planning departments, zoning officials, and permitting agencies to navigate all regulatory requirements efficiently. Utility planning, energy performance considerations, and sustainability strategies are all addressed during this phase. By resolving critical design and engineering decisions upfront, we minimize delays, reduce change orders, and ensure a smooth transition into fabrication.
Manufacturing, Fabrication & On-Site Construction
Once final drawings and approvals are complete, the project moves into controlled off-site manufacturing. All prefab components are fabricated in a precision-driven facility where quality, safety, and consistency are closely monitored. Building indoors allows us to eliminate weather-related delays, maintain strict quality-control standards, and significantly reduce construction waste.
Each module or structural component is built using high-performance materials, modern construction techniques, and rigorous inspections at every stage. Electrical, plumbing, insulation, framing, and finish elements are carefully integrated during fabrication. This process results in faster production timelines, predictable costs, superior workmanship, and improved energy efficiency compared to traditional on-site building.
At the same time, we evaluate logistics and delivery planning—from transportation routes and crane access to on-site staging and installation sequencing.
Throughout the fabrication process, we continuously coordinate around site-specific obstacles, foundation requirements, and structural conditions, ensuring that all groundwork is properly prepared while your home is being built at the factory. This parallel workflow saves time, minimizes risk, and ensures a smooth, efficient installation once the prefab structure arrives on site.
Our feasibility and pre-construction planning process is what allows us to deliver with confidence, precision, and predictability—setting the foundation for a successful prefab build from day one.
Delivery & On-Site Installation
When fabrication is complete, our team oversees all transportation logistics and site coordination for delivery and installation. Prefab components are carefully secured, shipped, and staged for crane placement onto the prepared foundation. Our experienced construction crew manages crane operations, structural connections, weatherproofing, utility tie-ins, and final assembly.
Because most of the construction work is completed off-site, the on-site installation timeline is dramatically shorter than traditional construction, minimizing neighborhood disruption and reducing labor exposure to site conditions. After installation, we complete final inspections, finish work, and quality checks to ensure the home is delivered fully functional, safe, and ready for occupancy.
